Property Markets Group - Customer Case Study

Property Markets Group (PMG), a leading residential real estate developer, needed a compelling marketing and sales tool for its Echo Brickell sales center in Miami to convey the dramatic bay, beach and ocean views and drive condo sales. PMG partnered with Planar Systems and selected the Clarity Matrix Video Wall (Clarity Matrix LX55HD panels) as the centerpiece for its digital marketing and sales experience.

Planar Systems installed a 7 x 3 array of 55-inch Clarity Matrix LX55HD panels that occupies an entire wall, showing ultra-high-definition visuals of the views and project renderings; the nearly 190 sq. ft. wall features a 5.5 mm tiled bezel, EasyAxis mounting, off-board electronics and high image specs (450 nits, 3500:1 contrast, 1920x1080 per panel), enabling faster installation and flexible configurations. The Planar Systems video wall “wowed” customers, increased buyer engagement and motivated sales more effectively, while integrators highlighted quicker setup and easier system management.
