The Portland Trail Blazers wanted to deepen engagement with their devoted season-ticket holders and create a memorable concourse experience in the Rip City United area that recognizes loyalty and boosts sponsorship value. To achieve this, the team partnered with Planar Systems and selected the Planar Clarity Matrix LCD Video Wall System to deliver high-impact digital signage.

Planar Systems installed a 3x3 Clarity Matrix video wall (1920×1080) to display more than 1,000 ticket‑holder names, HD game highlights and images from the team's 25,000-photo library, plus a 1x2 Clarity Matrix array for life‑size player imagery; the displays provide 700 nits brightness, 7.3 mm mullions and EasyAxis mounting for easy serviceability. The solution visibly enhanced the fan experience, reinforced community for season‑ticket holders and sponsors, and became a central element in the Trail Blazers’ effort to grow their season‑ticket base.
