Michigan First Credit Union modernized its Eastpointe retail branch to appeal to younger members and communicate membership benefits in new, technology‑driven ways. To anchor the lobby and create a signature touchpoint, the credit union chose Planar Systems’ Planar Mosaic Video Wall as its architectural digital signage solution.

Planar Systems installed a 14‑tile Planar Mosaic video wall (AD‑22 and AD‑46 tiles) capable of up to 4K (3840×2160) content, delivering high image quality (brightness 450/700 nits; per‑tile resolutions 960×960 and 1920×1080; contrast 4000:1/3500:1) and striking Michigan scenery that builds member affinity. The off‑board electronics reduced heat/noise and cooling needs, the snap‑in, any‑orientation tiles made installation and front servicing easier, and the result established the branch as a differentiated, technology‑forward space for members.
