LPMBC - Customer Case Study

LPMBC (Lake Providence Missionary Baptist Church), a historic Nashville congregation of more than 5,000 members, faced obstructed sightlines from a clustered speaker upgrade and poor projected-image legibility in a very bright sanctuary. To address this, the church worked with Planar Systems and installed two Leyard TW Series fine-pitch LED video walls (4x4) — each with a 2.5 mm pixel pitch and native Full 1080p resolution — to deliver a brighter, more uniform display that fits the sanctuary’s 16:9 needs.

Planar Systems’ Leyard TW video walls provided high pixel density, wide off-axis viewing and seamless calibration, enabling crisp live video, distinct lyrics and easily readable scripture from anywhere in the sanctuary. The installation (integrated by TriStar Digital Connections) debuted on Easter to overwhelmingly positive feedback, energized worship services, and clear plans to expand media-driven programming — backed by the concrete specs of two 4x4 walls, 2.5 mm pixel pitch and Full 1080p performance.
