Ipiranga, Brazil’s largest private fuel distributor with roughly 7,200 service stations, needed a more efficient way to update exterior promotional materials than costly, time-consuming printed banners. To modernize its signage network, Ipiranga chose Planar Systems’ Leyard 10mm outdoor LED video wall (Leyard LED Video Wall) as the digital signage solution.

Planar Systems began with a 50-station pilot in 2015 and, after strong results, expanded to over 700 installations by the end of 2017 and plans exceeding 1,000 sites. The Leyard displays let Ipiranga push real-time content nationwide, eliminating banner logistics, increasing customer engagement, and driving measurable gains—higher oil-change and gasoline sales and, at some locations, twice the sales of high-grade gasoline—delivering clear ROI and faster campaign rollout.
