Delaware North, a global hospitality and concessions company, needed a modern, flexible way to showcase its brand and communicate company news at its new global headquarters in Buffalo, NY, replacing static light boxes. The company turned to Planar Systems for advanced digital signage, deploying Planar UltraRes Touch 4K interactive LCD and Clarity Matrix LCD video wall systems to present branding to visitors and keep employees informed.

Planar Systems installed a 98-inch Planar UltraRes Touch with 32-point multi-touch (allowing users to explore a 100-location matrix) and two 3x3 Clarity Matrix video walls (3.7 mm bezel, 800-nit panels supporting 4K content, 1920×1080 per display) with off-board electronics and the Planar EasyAxis mounting system. The solution increased visitor engagement and internal communications impact, established Delaware North as an innovative brand, simplified serviceability, and reduced infrastructure and maintenance costs through easier alignment and remote electronics.
