Clarity Matrix Video Walls Deliver High-Performance Digital Signage for Doha’s Tornado Tower

Tornado Tower, a 52-story office skyscraper in Doha, Qatar, needed to modernize its lobby digital signage after outgrowing its original plasma screens. The building engaged systems integrator MOSECO Qatar and vendor Planar Systems to deploy a higher-performance solution using Clarity Matrix LCD Video Wall Systems (MX55HDU-L).

Planar Systems supplied two curved Clarity Matrix video walls arranged in a 2x8 configuration to display advertising and business channel news, delivering 24x7 operation with Full HD resolution and 800 nits brightness. The Clarity Matrix’s distributed architecture allowed off-board electronics, simplifying installation, consolidating power supplies and removing the need for additional cooling—resulting in a reliable, high-impact digital signage solution for Tornado Tower.
