Clarity Matrix HX60 High Bright Video Wall Takes to the Road in CDW's Technoliner Tour

CDW Technoliner, CDW’s custom-built mobile technology vehicle, needed a stadium-grade, outdoor video system that could showcase the company’s broad IT solutions on the road while handling bright sunlight, multiple simultaneous inputs and wide temperature swings. To meet that challenge, CDW Technoliner partnered with Planar Systems and selected the Clarity Matrix HX60 High Bright LCD Video Wall for a striking, reliable demonstration platform.

Planar Systems installed a three-wide-by-two-high (3 x 2) retractable Clarity Matrix HX60 that rises six feet on the Technoliner, using Planar Big Picture Plus and multiple DVI inputs to display concurrent live feeds, satellite TV and promotional content. With up to 1,900 nits brightness, AP/LED backlighting, 6.5 mm tiled bezels, off-board electronics and a 5–35 °C operating range, the solution performed flawlessly at events like the 2013 NCAA Final Four, drove strong audience engagement nationwide and delivered durable, low‑maintenance operation that reinforced CDW’s image as an innovative IT solutions provider.
