Citycon, a leading Nordic and Baltic shopping centre owner and manager, needed a better way to handle quality audits, handovers, and incident reporting across its 20 shopping centres in Finland. Before working with Plan Brothers, teams relied on paper checklists, Excel sheets, Word documents, and emails, making the process slow, hard to track, and difficult to analyze.

Plan Brothers implemented audits.io and later incy.io to digitize auditing and deviation reporting. The new tools made it easier for service providers and Citycon staff to record observations, add photos, and access reports and analytics in one place, improving communication and making trends easier to spot. Citycon reported notable time savings, faster issue resolution, more spontaneous observations, and better visibility across all sites, with 960 audits conducted each year becoming much easier to manage.
