Zara reduces analytics bugs and modernizes iOS architecture with Plain Concepts

Zara, a major global fashion retailer, faced challenges with its iOS app due to a large, heavily coupled codebase that was difficult to maintain and scale. The company engaged Plain Concepts to modernize the architecture by modularizing the application and to design a new analytics framework capable of integrating with multiple third-party providers.

Plain Concepts implemented a solution that involved progressively refactoring legacy Objective-C code and designing a new analytics framework. This work significantly reduced bugs in the analytics layer and improved overall system stability. As a result, Zara was very satisfied and plans to incorporate more team members from Plain Concepts for future projects.
