SEAI strengthens digital platforms with Plain Concepts through an independent review

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) needed to assess the future readiness of its diverse digital platforms to ensure they were scalable and resilient enough to support national energy programs and public engagement. To gain an independent, expert perspective on its systems and development practices, SEAI partnered with vendor Plain Concepts for a technical review.

Plain Concepts, working with Auxilion, conducted a series of workshops with SEAI's teams to analyze the core technology. This engagement resulted in a set of practical recommendations to strengthen system resilience and improve development workflows. The findings provided SEAI with a clearer understanding of its digital foundations, actionable guidance for future planning, and improved confidence that its platforms can evolve to meet growing demands.
