The challenge was to build an application for Android and iOS that integrated live match data, ticket sales, and merchandising, while also incorporating unique, tailor-made animations and a synchronized fan cheering feature across all devices.

Plain Concepts built the solution by first creating a prioritized backlog to ensure alignment. They developed a proxy backend to integrate third-party data services like BeSoccer and Signia and built the mobile apps with custom animations and SDK integrations for ticketing.
