Grupo Azkoyen S.A., a multinational company specializing in technological solutions for payment and vending systems, faced the challenge of helping business owners control cash payments in a simple, ubiquitous way. Plain Concepts developed a multi-platform application and cloud platform using Microsoft Azure and IoT Hub. This solution connected all of a business owner's Cashlogy machines to their mobile devices, providing real-time information, automated cash management, and alarms. The results included improved shop hygiene, faster payment processes with coin and note validation, the elimination of cash counting errors, and automatic cash balances for business owners.
