Uptech, a Ukrainian product development studio with 106 employees, needed a better way to manage goals as the team grew quickly. Plai helped Uptech design a regular OKR process, educate the team on OKRs and feedback, and choose goals more effectively through structured planning and check-ins. The company adopted a mix of annual strategic cycles, two-month tactical cycles, bi-weekly progress updates, and retrospectives, all supported by Peoplelogic. As a result, Uptech reached 100% employee familiarity with business goals, 67% regular 1:1 participation among managers, OKRs in all 9 departments, and a 40% increase in average goals achievement.
