The challenge was standardizing agent sites, training agents to publish and optimize content, and turning site metrics into growth.
By switching to Placester IDX sites and putting the main-site optimization on autopilot while training agents and using Google Analytics to guide content decisions, Atoka drove a fourfold increase in sessions (23,000 to 91,000) and pageviews (61,000 to 445,000), with average time on page rising from 2 to 3 minutes; a year-over-year March comparison shows sessions jumping from 266 to 34,000 and time on page from 1 to 3.5 minutes. Agent sites now highlight local expertise and social proof, and ongoing analytics-driven tweaks continue to improve traffic and engagement.
