College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia - Customer Case Study

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia partnered with PlaceSpeak to better understand patients’ experiences, expectations and perceptions of walk-in clinics across the province, and to see whether views differed by region. The College’s goal was to gather clear, geographically-informed feedback to align public expectations with its regulatory mandate.

Using the PlaceSpeak platform, the College published resources (videos, infographics, documents), ran a poll, a short survey and moderated discussions to collect verifiable input. The consultation reached 2,492 unique viewers, engaged 382 connected participants, generated 39 comments and produced 309 completed surveys; results informed additions to the College website and FAQ content. PlaceSpeak’s tools enabled broader public participation and actionable insights that the College will use for future consultations.
