Zethcon’s Software-as-a-Service Offerings Speed Along with Infrastructure Upgrade from PKA & HPE

Zethcon Corporation, a supply chain software and services provider, needed to upgrade the infrastructure behind its hosted Synapse warehouse management and order management software as demand grew and its older Dell/HP servers and NetGear storage began to strain. Zethcon turned to PKA Technologies for help re-architecting its environment to better support high availability, stability, reliability, and performance for its 24x7 logistics customers.

PKA Technologies, working with HPE, designed and deployed a new enterprise-class platform built on an HPE C7000 blade enclosure with HPE ProLiant BL460c Gen9 servers and an HPE 3PAR 8400 four-node storage array. The solution was installed and running after two days of onsite configuration, and Zethcon has since migrated key customers to the new environment with improved results. The upgrade gave Zethcon a scalable, long-term platform with better uptime, stronger redundancy, and the ability to expand as needed.
