Morphe, a digitally native cosmetics brand with over 10 million Instagram followers, wanted to better harness its community and user‑generated content (UGC) to showcase diverse looks, stay on‑brand, and increase conversions across product pages, emails, ads and the homepage. The challenge was curating permissioned, on‑brand imagery at scale while discovering influencers and improving cross‑team workflows.
Using Pixlee to discover, curate and permission UGC, Morphe integrated community images and text reviews across channels (including a gallery badge and review overlays) and tested UGC in emails and ads. The result: UGC drove a 2× increase in email conversions, a 55% lift with the gallery badge, UGC became a top ad performer, and teams gained a faster, scalable workflow for using authentic content.
