Boise State University turned to Pixlee TurnTo when COVID-19 forced Bronco Day and commencement to move online. With only six weeks to reconfigure admissions and graduation events and to coordinate admissions, student affairs, marketing and events teams, the university needed a way to showcase authentic user-generated content while maintaining brand consistency across colleges.
Using Pixlee, Boise State launched custom web galleries and collected nearly 1,300 pieces of approved, permissioned content, giving each college controlled access with central oversight. The virtual events outperformed engagement expectations and drew positive attendee feedback, and the platform has since become a core part of Boise State’s plans for hybrid events, ecommerce opportunities and ongoing digital marketing.
