Kazakhtelecom, the largest telecom provider and national operator in Kazakhstan, needed a more transparent and secure way to manage digital contracts and online agreement forms that were previously stored in centralized databases. This limited client visibility into contract details and change history, creating risks of misunderstandings and reduced trust. PixelPlex addressed this challenge with a blockchain development service centered on a Quorum-powered blockchain platform.

PixelPlex implemented a Quorum-based digital contract system with smart contracts, an API gateway, authorization services, a web UI, and back-end logic to connect with Kazakhtelecom’s existing infrastructure. The solution stored contract data, signatures, and change history on blockchain, enabled client access to records, and supported bulk signing and secure updates. As a result, Kazakhtelecom gained a transparent, tamper-resistant contract workflow integrated into its CRM; the project involved 4,300 man-hours.
