Echo, a blockchain application development platform powered by Bitcoin and smart contracts, needed an all-in-one ecosystem to build and support decentralized applications across Bitcoin and Ethereum. It worked with PixelPlex to develop a broad set of products and tools, including wallets, a bridge, browser extension, explorer, studio, native mobile libraries, and a Unity library.

PixelPlex implemented Echo’s self-decentralizing blockchain platform, smart contract environment, and DeFi-focused infrastructure, including support for Bitcoin and Ethereum sidechains and EchoDB public APIs. The engagement delivered 11 successfully deployed products, involved 38 full-time developers, and accounted for 50,000 man-hours spent, helping Echo create a fast, flexible DApp ecosystem for blockchain development.
