The Croatian Basketball Federation, the governing body for basketball in Croatia, needed a more affordable way to increase visibility across its three leagues while dealing with high production costs, limited venue infrastructure, and insufficient resources to cover all games, especially the Women’s Premier League. To solve this, they turned to Pixellot and its automated sports production and streaming technology, along with the VidSwap analytics platform.

Pixellot installed 29 automated systems at key venues, enabling the federation to stream far more games without increasing budget. In the first year, the Croatian Basketball Federation streamed over 1,000 games, generated more than 370,000 views, and achieved an average view duration of nearly 11 minutes. The project also delivered over 4 million impressions and a 5.2% CTR, while allowing the Women’s Premier League to be streamed for the first time.
