The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), the official campaign arm supporting Democratic House candidates, needed a fast way to gain transparency into its digital ad buying during a short political ad spend window. Working with Pixalate, the DCCC sought to reduce invalid traffic (IVT) and improve visibility across both network and agency buys, especially for video and OTT advertising.
Pixalate implemented Pixalate Analytics across four agency buys spanning more than 20 platforms and networks, giving the DCCC real-time IVT and viewability metrics plus granular reporting at the publisher and placement level. With Pixalate’s support and optimization recommendations, the DCCC identified where viewability and IVT issues were occurring and made targeted adjustments across platforms, publishers, and regions to improve transparency and maximize ad spend.
