SVC Achieved a 12.8% Increase in Service Quality With Data-based Optimization of the User Experience

SVC (Sozialversicherungs‑Chipkarten Betriebs- und Errichtungsgesellschaft m.b.H.), operator of Austria’s eSV portal and the country’s largest health-data network, faced the challenge of delivering a user-friendly experience across more than 80 linked sites while meeting strict GDPR/authentication requirements. SVC needed cross-channel, device-spanning analytics, tailored targeting of relevant content, and custom reporting to justify optimizations and prioritize resource investments. To meet these needs it selected Piwik PRO, including the Piwik PRO Analytics Suite and Customer Data Platform (CDP).

Piwik PRO combined web and mobile analytics with the CDP, Audience Manager and Custom Reports to unify online/offline data, segment users, deliver targeted content, and provide tailored dashboards for developers and management.
