Sleeknote, a Danish startup offering a SaaS toolkit for creating sign-up forms and pop-up windows to drive quality lead generation, needed a robust, self‑hosted analytics solution to measure conversion rates and run A/B tests. Facing heavy load and performance issues from millions of sessions per month on an underpowered setup, Sleeknote selected Piwik PRO (On‑Premises) for its open APIs, modifiability and data‑ownership capabilities.
Piwik PRO analyzed the environment, migrated Sleeknote’s data and upgraded the AWS infrastructure—scaling servers from two to five and then to six with 24/7 monitoring and an SLA—so the analytics platform could handle peak traffic. As a result, Piwik PRO now runs at full speed, Sleeknote and its customers can track pop‑up and opt‑in performance, generate custom reports, validate campaign impact, and retain full control over their data even at millions of sessions monthly.
