Open-Xchange, a provider of cloud-based communication, collaboration and office productivity software, wanted to better understand user journeys while remaining privacy-compliant. As an existing customer of Piwik PRO, Open-Xchange upgraded to the Piwik PRO Marketing Suite (PPMS) to gain new privacy-focused features, German-hosted reliable infrastructure, full data ownership and enterprise-level support.

Piwik PRO hosted the PPMS upgrade on a Microsoft Azure VM instance and completed a fast, seamless migration that preserved historic data and only required switching tracking codes. The implementation delivered more granular visitor data, a system running at 100% efficiency, responsive customer-success support and near-real-time scalability via Azure—providing improved analytics without compromising privacy.
