Nettium, an IT services company in Kuala Lumpur, needed an analytics platform that could track full user journeys across web and gaming apps while providing tight data security and 100% control over data—requirements that Google Analytics couldn’t meet. After a short trial with Matomo, Nettium selected Piwik PRO and pursued a proof of concept to validate the platform against their production needs.
Piwik PRO delivered the Analytics Suite (Analytics and Tag Manager) with on‑premises hosting, custom reports, easy event tagging, and integrations with Microsoft BI and Tableau, enabling Nettium to combine aggregated and user‑level data and run A/B tests. Using Piwik PRO, Nettium’s client optimized in‑app touchpoints and post‑login areas, improved user engagement and channel performance, and increased conversions by 28% while maintaining full data control.
