Bank Ochrony Środowiska (BOŚ), one of Poland’s 20 largest banks focused on financing environmental protection, needed a privacy‑compliant, flexible analytics platform after finding Google Analytics difficult to manage and legally risky under EU data‑transfer rulings. Seeking a solution that would protect user data under GDPR while enabling full customer‑journey analysis and better business and marketing decisions, BOŚ selected Piwik PRO and its Piwik PRO Analytics Suite.

Piwik PRO migrated BOŚ from Google Analytics and configured a compliant Analytics Suite setup with Tag Manager integration, custom reports, dashboards, funnels and cross‑domain form tracking. The implementation gave BOŚ end‑to‑end customer insights, faster identification and fixing of form issues, improved campaign and product optimization (including expansion into corporate services), and higher team productivity — for example, saving many hours via weekly scheduled reports and more effective conversion tracking. Piwik PRO also provided onboarding, training and ongoing support to accelerate adoption.
