rubbr, a new online B2C tire retailer, sought to create a modern and intuitive ecommerce experience for consumers who lacked the time or knowledge to shop for and install tires. Their challenge was to move beyond the limitations of existing sites by offering a truly personalized buying journey combined with mobile installation services. They partnered with Pivotree to build this solution on the SAP Hybris Commerce platform.
Pivotree implemented the solution using SAP Hybris Commerce 6.2, developing a stateless React-based front end and integrating key features like a custom tire recommendation engine and a mobile service scheduling tool. The result was a slick, easy-to-navigate website that delivers a highly personalized experience, helping customers select tires based on their driving style and schedule installations at their convenience.
