Silhouette International Schmied AG, a global eyewear company, needed a better way to support sales reps at the point of sale. Before Pitcher, the team relied on outdated in-house apps and a standalone presentation tool that only displayed PDF slides, which limited storytelling, created inaccurate reporting, and made it hard to manage multiple brands, countries, languages, and compliance requirements.
Pitcher implemented its Super App as an all-in-one sales enablement solution for content management, retail execution, ordering, training, and consent management, integrated with Silhouette’s customized Salesforce CRM and offline capabilities. The rollout across 14 distribution companies in 19 countries improved sales reps’ effectiveness and brand storytelling, enabled stock checks and faster store visits, and increased visibility into field activities; fulfillment that previously took nearly two days became real time.
