Principal Financial Group, working with Pitcher, needed to replace a cumbersome sales application environment that was slowing down both sales reps and marketers. With 1,000 reps across a highly regulated business, the team struggled to manage multiple apps, keep content updated and legally approved, and deliver tailored materials for a diverse range of audiences while maintaining FINRA compliance.

Pitcher implemented Pitcher Wizard in the Pitcher Super App, integrated with Salesforce via Pitcher Zero, to let reps quickly build personalized, compliant presentation decks from approved content. Pitcher’s solution simplified daily work for 450 field reps and 550 service reps, merged several applications into one platform, improved ease of use and offline/remote selling, and gave Principal stronger control over distributed content and legal approval workflows.
