Abdi Ibrahim, a major Turkish generics manufacturer, needed a better way to equip a large salesforce that was relying on paper brochures for 250 products across 150 brands. As the company expanded with the Abdi Ibrahim Otsuka joint venture, the challenge became even greater due to a more complex product portfolio, mixed Android and iOS devices, and the need for up-to-date information and better field insight. Pitcher implemented its Impact, Admin, and Insight modules to streamline sales and marketing execution across more than 2,000 reps, using a train-the-trainer rollout supported by local agencies. The solution was deployed in less than two months and required only one customizable user interface. The results were significant: reps saved about two hours per day, equivalent to roughly 3.25 weeks per year and about $6,500 in annual savings per rep, while also improving visit quality, user adoption, and management visibility.
