Rentals United is a Stockholm-based channel manager for the holiday rental market that automates listings, pricing and calendar synchronization across partners and portals for property suppliers and online agents. As the company scaled—working with 27 partners, over 50,000 properties and €2.3M in bookings in 2014—it needed a more user-friendly, easily configurable and affordable CRM than the free SugarCRM they had been using to support a defined, sales-oriented process and account management.

After evaluating several CRMs, Rentals United adopted Pipeliner CRM, which rolled out quickly and was simple to administer.
