To do that they needed a seamless connection to their customer’s Pipeliner CRM so activity data wouldn’t be lost between systems.
Using the Pipeliner CRM API, Illumineto integrated its Spark platform to push real-time email delivery, opens and content-view data directly into Pipeliner Opportunity records. The API was well documented and Pipeliner’s team was responsive, enabling a smooth build that lets reps prioritize outreach, make faster, better-informed decisions and be more efficient and persuasive—driving increased revenue for customers.
