AIM Institute is a not‑for‑profit that develops tech talent through career development and educational programs. Faced with multiple siloed software tools and the need for a single source of truth, AIM set out in 2016 to find a CRM that could centralize customer and business data and integrate with its accounting, marketing automation, data warehouse and web applications—an effort led by Scott Rowe, Director of Digital Innovation.
AIM implemented Pipeliner CRM, leveraging its comprehensive API and Java SDK to integrate via Mule ESB with existing systems. The integration centralized data access and visibility, enabled real‑time synchronization (reducing manual sync tasks), and lowered technology licensing costs by consolidating user seats—making Pipeliner an important part of AIM’s operations.
