Xponential Fitness integrates BigCommerce and NetSuite with Pipe17

Xponential Fitness (NYSE: XPOF) is the largest global franchise group of boutique fitness brands, operating 2,100+ studios across 12 countries and serving over 500,000 members. As it prepared for an IPO, Xponential needed an accurate, real-time financial view by connecting its 10 BigCommerce stores (thousands of SKUs and franchisee store credits) to Oracle NetSuite; manual batched updates and general iPaaS solutions proved too slow, error-prone, and limited. Xponential selected Pipe17 and its ecommerce post-checkout integration platform to bridge BigCommerce and NetSuite.

Pipe17 implemented a connection between Xponential’s BigCommerce malls and NetSuite, synchronizing orders, fulfillments, inventory, product catalogs, pricing and franchisee store credits, and even developed missing store-credit functionality for the platform. As a result of Pipe17’s work, Xponential can onboard a new BigCommerce store into NetSuite in a matter of days, now has a company-wide financial source of truth, produces accurate financials on demand, and gained the operational agility needed for continued franchise growth.
