Amour Vert, a fast-growing omnichannel retailer, needed a better way to manage order operations as it expanded from ecommerce into a growing store network. To protect margins and support ship-from-store fulfillment, the company wanted a solution that could work with its existing stack, including Shopify, Shopify POS, ShipStation, ApparelMagic, and Loop Returns.

Pipe17 became Amour Vert’s backbone for order operations and inventory management, connecting 20 Shopify POS locations and its 3PL into a single unified inventory. The result was automated order routing based on inventory and item type, faster store and 3PL onboarding, and Pipe17 serving as the source of truth for orders and inventory. Amour Vert also reported that adding new store fulfillment centers takes less than 30 minutes, and a recent 3PL change was completed in a week.
