Aterian, a consumer products company selling across major marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels, needed a more efficient way to manage highly complex omnichannel order operations. With more than 40 selling points, multiple 3PL providers, and a need to add new channels like TikTok Shop while staying compliant with strict privacy requirements, Aterian looked for a replacement for its internally developed platform and turned to Pipe17’s Omnichannel Order Hub.
Pipe17 implemented a phased rollout that connected Aterian’s selling channels, 3PLs, and Acumatica ERP, while supporting order routing, inventory reconciliation, PII redaction, and real-time monitoring through the LiveOps Dashboard. The result was a smooth go-live in under 90 days and annual operational cost savings of more than $4 million, along with greater agility, visibility, and compliance for Aterian.
