Ragn-Sells Norway, the national branch of the waste management and recycling group, needed a centralized way to control and optimize the digital presence for its many locations. Facing growing numbers of local information platforms and frequent online-to-offline customer journeys (sometimes ending at the wrong site), Ragn-Sells engaged PinMeTo and its listings management platform and Customer Success Team to take control of their location data.

PinMeTo cleaned, consolidated and updated listings across major networks (Facebook, Foursquare, Google, Bing, Here, Apple Maps), removed duplicates and enabled centralized management of listings and reviews. As a result, Ragn-Sells saw major gains — an 89% increase in direct searches in one year, +81% discovery searches (160K→290K), +38% clicks to website (5K→7.5K) and +53% calls (3.8K→5.8K) — and significantly fewer faulty customer journeys thanks to improved location data managed by PinMeTo.
