Cloudflare, a content delivery network (CDN) provider, needed to proactively monitor the availability and performance of its enterprise customers' websites from multiple global locations. To meet these high expectations, they turned to Pingdom's synthetic monitoring service to identify problems before their customers could report them.

The solution implemented by Pingdom provided Cloudflare with a simple, globally distributed monitoring service that offered excellent reporting and graphing. This allowed them to test content performance from multiple geographies, which was critical for their global network.
