Secure Parking launches a seamless parking experience with PING Works in a 2-year Voyager program

Secure Parking engaged PING Works to deliver its ambitious Voyager Program, a two-year strategic B2C and B2B2C initiative. The challenge was to move away from traditional third-party equipment and create a fully integrated, bespoke car park management system. The project aimed to streamline the parking process, reduce operational costs, establish a single source of truth, and create new revenue opportunities.

PING Works designed and built a new responsive B2C website and a B2B Business Portal, in addition to creating the UX/UI for a mobile app and over 200 in-car park kiosk screens. The solution integrated with complex back-end systems and was hosted on the headless Zesty.io CMS. The results included a smoother user experience, higher customer engagement, and lower operating costs. PING Works was personally thanked by the customer's CIO for its contribution to the program's successful outcome.
