The Australian National Maritime Museum engaged PING Works to design a new foyer screen and content platform. The challenge was to create an engaging, immersive display that would bring museum experiences to life for families, promote events and memberships, and entertain visitors during queues.

PING Works implemented a solution using Samsung’s Advanced SoC technology and BrightSign media players, driving a large 6-panel display. The system allowed staff to tailor content based on queue length, mixing promotion with entertainment to improve the visitor experience and maximize cross-selling opportunities. The vendor delivered a stunning installation that transformed the foyer, leading to the museum engaging PING Works for a subsequent user-generated content project.
