Streamlined, smooth online payments

Cocktail Kit, an Adelaide-based online retailer of cocktail barware founded by Steve Roennfeldt, needed a payments provider that integrated with WooCommerce and Xero while offering better pricing, flexibility and local support — having found Stripe expensive and located in a different time zone. They selected Pin Payments and implemented its Payment Pages, Manual Sales, Xero integration and WooCommerce integration.

Pin Payments integrated with Cocktail Kit’s WooCommerce store and Xero invoicing to enable instant credit card payments, invoice-linked payments, easy payment links via Payment Pages and occasional manual phone/in-person payments without extra hardware; the admin portal and reporting also simplified reconciliation. As a result, Pin Payments streamlined Cocktail Kit’s payment processes, gave the team greater control and faster access to funds (their bookkeeper reports easier bookkeeping), and became the retailer’s preferred payment option.
