Docmosis, a Perth-based SaaS document-generation company with customers in 30+ countries, needed a payment partner that could handle global card payments in local currencies and integrate with their subscription billing platform, Chargebee. After using PayPal, PayWay and AMEX, Docmosis engaged Pin Payments to provide Payment Pages, multi-currency payments and settlement, and Chargebee integration to support recurring monthly billing and reduce payment administration.

Pin Payments enabled Docmosis to accept cards in USD, EUR, GBP (and more), settle funds automatically into their Australian AUD bank account, and embed payment links on their site via Payment Pages while integrating seamlessly with Chargebee. As a result, Pin Payments consolidated multi-currency card processing into a single provider, sped up cash flow, reduced admin, and gave Docmosis a responsive partner so they can focus on scaling their business.
