Finders Keepers streamlines payments for their live events

The Finders Keepers, Australia’s largest design marketplace, needed a faster way to handle stallholder booking fees for its live market events. Previously, the team manually created invoices and accepted payments via direct debit or PayPal, then waited for funds to clear and reconciled everything later. They wanted a digital payment method that integrated with Xero and their custom-built database, and turned to Pin Payments’ payment page and payment link features.

With Pin Payments, The Finders Keepers added payment links to invoices, used surcharging to pass processing fees to stallholders, and connected the payment flow to Xero through an API. Once payments were made, invoices were automatically created in Xero, marked as paid, and a copy of the tax invoice was sent to the customer. Pin Payments eliminated manual data entry and streamlined the payment process, giving customers instant payment confirmation and access to their tax invoice straight away.
