Wood flooring company succeeds with B2B/B2C sales tool for global flagship stores

mafi is an international natural wood flooring brand selling tailor-made floors, stairs, skirting and care/installation materials in about 50 countries (2016 turnover €22M). They needed a B2B/B2C e-commerce portal that reflected their high-end brand, inspired customers with rich content and reference cases, and served global flagship stores and country reps — all while presenting more than 1,000 product variants across multiple channels, languages, currencies and price lists.

Elements implemented a Pimcore-based solution (PIM, CMS, MDM, Digital Commerce, DAM) to centralize master data from third-party systems and power a magazine-style portal with dynamic product–reference linking, a product finder/configurator and automated web-to-print catalog publishing. The platform now supports 9,000 product variants, 17 price lists, 5 languages, 6 currencies and 10 units, delivers consistent global sales and marketing assets, and earned the Austrian Annual Multimedia Award.
