PT Sarihusada Generasi Mahardhika (SGM), a Danone subsidiary producing maternal and infant nutrition since 1954, needed to deliver an end-to-end journey across motherhood life stages—from pregnancy through toddlerhood. The core challenge was to automatically detect each mother’s life stage and provide timely, personalized advice and offerings to support both mother and child well-being.
With partner SALT, Sarihusada implemented the Klub Bunda SGM loyalty system on Pimcore (CDP, DXP, CMS) to store mother/child data, manage content, and deliver tailored experiences across web and apps. The solution automated life-stage identification and content/product delivery, significantly reducing operational effort and increasing positive advocacy for the brand.
