De Groene Grachten needed to digitize and scale its sustainable retrofitting services, so it could grow and make its expertise easier to access across multiple tools and websites. Pimcore was used to centralize the organization’s knowledge into one database and support platforms like De Groene Menukaart, the Selfscan tool, and the Advice tool.

With Pimcore, De Groene Grachten built a foundation for an automated Advice tool, helping advisors and partners quickly consult sustainability information and reducing consultancy costs. The new Self-scan Sustainable Monument tool also lets property owners find relevant measures and financing options faster, while De Groene Menukaart is now prepared for further growth through a centrally managed multisite covering 23 websites.
