Multiple agencies and partners relied on decentralized structures and manual processes, creating data silos, high manual effort and inconsistent brand resources across stakeholders.
Basilicom implemented a Pimcore-based digital asset management system as part of Krombacher’s digital experience platform, creating a central data pool that delivers automated file renditions, manual downloads and a retailer-facing media service. The DAM became the single source of truth for 14 brands and roughly 80,000 assets, improving brand consistency, streamlining access for employees and partners, and cutting asset management costs by about 60%.
