convent experts GmbH is a Bremen- and Oldenburg-based personnel service provider specializing in industrial projects and wind‑energy staffing. They needed a bilingual job and training portal to expand reach, raise brand awareness, strengthen their wind‑energy digital presence and increase online applications while simplifying administrative workflows.

Using Pimcore, Junge Haie built a responsive German/English multisite with a single login CMS, job landing pages, a “quick application” overlay and integrations with Landwehr LI to import vacancies. DAM and PIM-enabled dynamic objects let staff manage locations, contacts, jobs and applicants easily—resulting in reduced bounce rate, increased leads and traffic, time saved on data maintenance, and an ongoing development partnership.
